John Andas has been absolutely brilliant to deal with. I’ve had a few different IT issues recently, but there was one particularly frustrating email/system issue that I had been battling with for nearly two months. It had been passed around without really getting resolved, and John Andas was the person who finally took the time to properly understand what was happening and get it sorted. He was patient, responsive and genuinely helpful throughout the process, and I really appreciated that he kept working through it until everything was functioning properly. After weeks of frustration, having someone actually take ownership of the issue and resolve it was such a relief. We've used Qbit as our outsourced IT provider for more than 4 years and are proud to have grown with them as they too have developed. From the initial engagement (providing a network and server solution), they distinguished themselves by listening first before advising. We have been partners through an office move and refit, and I am always struck by their responsiveness and willingness to help us understand the risks and challengers of modern IT. Our account manager Jaydan reflects the diligence and responsiveness of the wider organisation, and is helpful and timely in his engagement, but I have also been struck by the communications of the engineers and technicians as well, and have enjoyed social time with the wider team on a number of occasions. I don’t often feel moved to write a review. It is rare that I come across a business that is exceptional. This is one of those occasions. Qbit are outstanding. They are responsive, know their business, ensure that my data set is safe and spend time pointing out options I have not thought of. I particularly like having a customer relations manager. They are someone who gets to know me and my business. In turn it gives a ‘face’ to my interactions with the company. Their reporting is detailed and useful. I can see what has happened to any issues raised, who dealt with it and when. It seems so me that nothing is too much trouble to ensure I am happy, and it leaves me with great confidence that I won’t suffer a catastrophic loss of any sort. After my previous experience of gradually deteriorating service over 7 years this is a breath of fresh air. I am very glad I made the move ~ Tony M

Just want to say… after all the tech issues I have had with my laptop, working remotely and in general with the VPN changes… You guys are the best in the business, nothing is ever a drama, you’re all willing to take on board someone else’s job, your all willing to call back, work a solution and you are all awesome to deal with. I have only dealt with Ray and Will – my FAVES but such a credit to your team and business for such productive, proactive professionalism…. Qbit have been looking after my company's IT for many years now, and I couldn't speak more highly of them. With 20 users reliant on their computers to get work done, any downtime means lost productivity. When Qbit advertise a response time of 15 seconds, they actually mean it. Any issues are dealt with immediately so my staff can get back to doing what they need to. Qbit have seamlessly dealt with transitions of data when we purchased a new server, moved phone system from landline to VOIP and provided an exceptionally high level of service along the way. ~ Alastair A

Had an issue connecting a security device to a remote network. Talked to Jack L. who installed our system and he had the issue sorted within a couple of minutes, guiding me through the necessary hardware configuration changes over the phone. Documentation of our system was excellent allowing him to quickly assess what was needed. Cannot recommend the Qbit system or Jack highly enough. Great work gents. ~ Steve W

I recently started a new role and Qbit are our IT support provider. I have had to call them numerous times because I'm not as IT savvy as I thought I was. From basic email settings to cloud storage setup, every phone call I made was answered quickly, and my enquiry resolved within minutes.
